What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a partnering relationship focused on your personal growth and devoted to your dreams and goals. Coaching does not seek to change you or fix you but instead to help you tap into your unlimited potential and remove the obstacles that are holding you back from living a more fulfilled life. Simply put, a life coach can help you define and accomplish your personal and professional goals faster than you could on your own! The unique process of coaching works by holding you, the client, to what you say you want in life and by helping you determine the steps you'll take in order to succeed. Coaching is conducted by phone, via email and in person.

They are ready to take themselves more seriously and focus on what really matters to them, even if they haven't discovered what that is yet. My clients are prepared to be honest, and expect to be challenged.

First, we will explore your current dreams and wants in life and how coaching could help you obtain your goals more quickly.
Second, we will address any questions you may have about coaching or the coaching process. And
third, we will decide whether or not to move forward in the coaching process. By the end of your free session, you will know if coaching is right for you!
